Cashing-out at Tower Gaming is simple. Below are common questions players have asked regarding the cash-out process and how the Tower Gaming cashier system works for the various payment systems.
How do I cash-out (i.e. get my winnings)?
There are a number of safe and easy methods you can use to cash-out from your Tower account. We have partnered with the most established, secure and trustworthy payment merchants in the world to ensure it’s easy for you to make transactions. All you need to do is go to the “Cash-Out'” page and choose your preferred cash out method. Be sure to have your Tower password handy for extra security.
*Please note: Your account must be enabled for Real Money and have the minimum Real Money balance required in order to cash-out. Some restrictions may apply to players participating in a Tower Gaming promotion.
When will I receive my cash-out?
This varies depending on the payment system you choose to receive your cash-out:
- NETELLER - 1-3 Business days
- Click2Pay - 1-2 Business days
- Normal check - 7-20 Business days
- Couriered Check - 1-3 Business days
- Moneybookers - 1-5 Business days
- Webmoney – Once processed by OnGame, cashouts are instant
Business days are Monday-Friday. No processing is done on Saturday or Sunday. If you request a cash-out on a Friday, which takes one business day, expect it on Monday.
Where will my check be sent?
The checks are sent to the address you entered when you Real Money enabled your account. If you are not sure that the address is correct, please check your address information on the ’My Account’ page. A fee will be charged for checks sent to incorrect addresses, or for checks cancelled after they have been processed.
Are there any cash-out fees?
Cashing-out from your Tower account is absolutely free. However, for courier checks under $1,000, there is a $30 courier charge deducted from the withdrawn amount.
Can I cancel a cash-out?
Yes. When you have requested a cash-out, the cash-out needs to be processed by our staff, which is done within 24 hours. Before the cash-out has been processed, you are able to cancel it. The money will then be deposited back into your account. This option is listed on the deposit page amongst the other deposit forms, but only if you have any non-processed cash-outs.
How can I cash-out my money if I deposited with a credit card?
You can request a check to be sent to you by post or by courier. You can also set up a NETELLER account so that you can withdraw your winnings to that account and transfer the money to your bank from there. All withdrawal requests can be done online from our “Cash-Out”page. Please note that you must make a deposit from a NETELLER account before you can cash-out using NETELLER
How come my cash-out is less than expected?
This could be because you choose a different cash-out option than what you originally deposited with. Most e-wallets have an equal cash-in/cash-out policy. If you don't find the balance of your funds in your other account, then contact Player Support.
What do you mean when you say that Tower has the right to cash-out to "those same deposit options"?
We have an agreement with the merchants, NETELLER and the various credit/debit card companies, that when a player deposits through a certain deposit option, they will have to withdraw back to the same option up to the total amount deposited, before the withdrawn amount can go by any other means.
For example, if you have deposited $100 three times (total $300) through NETELLER in total, and you want to withdraw $500 by check. By default we will send $300 to your NETELLER account and $200 by check. This rule does not apply to North American-based credit/debit cards.
Important: We reserve the right to send all or some of your withdrawal back to your registered deposit option(s) up to the total of your deposits with that option(s) before we will issue a cheque. In some cases you may be charged the withdrawal fee of $30 in spite of the cheque amount being below $1000 after the amount has been split between deposit option(s). In that event, we ask you to kindly contact support@towergaming.com who will refund you the $30.
